How do I reset my password?
Visit the login page and click "Forgot Password". You'll receive a password reset link via email.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Log into your account, navigate to Settings > Billing, and select "Change Plan". Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription. Your access remains active until the end of your current billing period. For assistance, contact billing@builddesk.io.
How do I export my data?
Navigate to Settings > Data Export to download your projects, documents, and files in structured formats (CSV, JSON). For bulk exports or assistance, contact support@builddesk.io.
Do you offer training or onboarding?
Enterprise plans include dedicated onboarding and training sessions. For Starter and Professional plans, we provide comprehensive documentation and video tutorials. Contact sales@builddesk.io for custom training options.
4. Business Hours
Our support team operates during Central European Time (CET) business hours:
- Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CET
- Weekend: Limited support (urgent issues only)
- Holidays: Reduced hours (we'll notify customers in advance)
Note: Enterprise customers with SLA agreements may have extended support hours. Contact your account manager for details.
